Co-founder and CEO of ISBI, Doug is a proven leader in international sports for thirty years, including President and CEO of FC Dallas, President of MLS/Soccer United Marketing, Partner and President of (ISG) and Centro de Negocios Deportivo (CND) in Mexico. Doug also spent 14 years with the NFL in numerous Senior Management positions including Managing Director of NFL International and NFL Europe.

Co-founder and Chief Education Officer of ISBI, Bill is a peak performance expert, speaker, trainer and CEO (Chief Enthusiasm Officer) of The 800-Pound Gorilla and Stadium Gorilla, a division of the company that has worked with over 100 professional sports league teams to help increase ticket sales, improve customer service and develop leaders.

Co-founder and Director of Operations for ISBI, Sean has over ten years of experience in the sports industry including Partner and Director of Operations for both Inspiration Sports Group (ISG) and Centro de Negocios Deportivo (CND), in Mexico. Sean also spent two years with FC Dallas specializing in Partnership Marketing and Event Management.
